About TE Miller Development

Tom Miller and Mike Garvin formed TE Miller Development in 2003. Tom Miller owned REM Inc. for over 35 years. During that time, REM owned or leased over 1,100 properties in 17 states and primarily focused on healthcare. When REM was sold in May of 2003, they had 14,000 employees and served over 10,000 clients. TE Miller Development is focused on owning and managing premiere properties across the United States. Currently, TE Miller Development owns 1,425 rental units and over 85,000 square feet in commercial office space.
